We want you to love your Passion Planner, but if it is not the right fit for your goals, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that digital products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused planner in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
